DIGITA provides a specialized training program for graduates and undergraduates, aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the rapidly evolving digital landscape of Industry 4.0. Through a combination of theoretical and practical training, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the latest digital technologies and their impact on modern business dynamics. By providing real-world work experiences, the course enables students to build a strong foundation for their future careers and remain competitive in today’s job market.
The DIGITA course will be held in the dedicated classroom located at the technological center of San Giovanni a Teduccio, which is part of the University of Naples Federico II. In addition, during the project work phase, participants will have the opportunity to work at the offices of partner companies to gain practical experience and exposure to real-world business scenarios. The course is structured over 9 months and can accommodate up to a maximum of 50 learners. The program requires a total commitment of up to 1400 hours, which includes lectures, exercises, group work, challenges, project work at partner companies, seminars, external events, and self-employment activities. Attendance to course activities is mandatory for at least 70% of the total hours.

Yes, attendance to course activities is mandatory and requires a minimum of 70% of the total hours to be fulfilled.
The percentage of attendance is calculated based on the total number of hours and is tracked through a paper register that participants must sign when entering and exiting the classroom.
There is no cafeteria, but there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. In addition, there are numerous bars and restaurant near the University
Yes, you can use the Unina Wi-Fi credentials, if you are a student of University Federico II; otherwise, new credentials will be provided by the Academy.
No, the training course is free.

To be admitted to Digita Academy, applicants go through a selective procedure that involves an evaluation of their academic qualifications followed by an interview
Selections will take place in in Digita classroom, inside the San Giovanni a Teduccio high-tech center
The oral test assesses the applicant’s knowledge of Information & Communication Technologies, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Economics, and English language proficiency.
In addition, during the interview, the applicant’s motivation to participate in the training course and their aptitudes, such as teamwork, problem setting, problem solving, and interpersonal relations, will also be evaluated.
Yes, there is a parking lot with free access for cars and motorcycles.
The Digita Academy will consider to provide a contribution (like a reimbursement of expenses). Any right to the contribution is linked to the actual participation.
Extent and modalities will be announced at the beginning of the second phase of the Academy (the project work phase).
